Zolved
Last weekend we entered into an agreement with Zolved.com to offer our customers remote access over the web. This support service requires no upfront configurations.
Our customers are directed to go to the support page on our website and click the support icon. Our customer then tells us the PIN # they were provided. We enter that # into our Viewer software and viola! we are connected to the client.
This one pice of software will allow us to build our customer base very quickly and we have already seen a spike in support calls. If the client base expands at it’s current rate, we will be expanding our support team very shortly.
We can’t wait!
Over the weekend we will be configuring our private label Zolved support tool. This will allow us to bypass the Zolved servers and allow us to present a client with a ‘Branded’ 411tech.org solution. We will check back with how that project progresses.
Along with the support increases, we have seen an uptick in our application Development area. We just went live with our ‘ALPHA-EMPS’ program which allows our client to get a handle on employee time off. The client had no controls previously, and now they can fully monitor their employees time off such as vacations, personal days, and sick days. They are already discovering irregularities in their employees time off patterns and will be addressing them.
We have just taken on a new programming assignment to develop an Employee Expense System. This program will be our first HYBRID system where the users will enter info over the web, and the managers will be accessing that same data within a desktop application. We will keep you abreast of our progress.

Updated Website
Well, it has taken some time, but we have finally updated our website. Using a template we downloaded from crystalgraphics.com, I think you will agree that the site was worth the wait.
Using Frontpage 2k3, along with Microsoft’s new software ‘Web Expressions’, working on the site has been very easy and fullfilling at the same time.
Please leave a comment if you find anything wrong with the site or if you feel something should be added.
